2 – Purpose of the Website
This website showcases the photographic work of Marc Julien and offers limited edition Fine Art prints for sale.
It also allows visitors to submit professional or general information requests.
3 – Intellectual Property
All photographic works displayed on this website are original creations protected under intellectual property law.
All photographs are created by Marc Julien.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, or use, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
The purchase of a print does not transfer any copyright ownership.
Only the physical artwork is sold; no reproduction or exploitation rights are granted.
4 – Limited Editions
All artworks are offered in strictly limited editions of a maximum of 15 prints across all formats combined, excluding Artist’s Proofs (AP).
Each print is:
- produced on museum-grade Fine Art paper using archival pigment inks,
- individually numbered,
- accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity,
- delivered with its authentication and numbering elements shipped separately.
A limited number of Artist’s Proofs (AP), reserved for the artist, may also be produced outside the commercial edition.
Once the edition is sold out, the image is permanently retired and will never be reproduced in any format.

6 – Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
